Terms & acceptable use

CARIO NEXUS is an OSINT research workspace. You may only investigate targets for lawful purposes: journalism, compliance, security research, due diligence, and your own defensive posture.

Prohibited: doxxing, stalking, harassment, credential stuffing, buying or using stolen data, scraping behind authentication, CAPTCHA bypass, Tor marketplace access, and facial recognition against non-public images.

You must not use the product to obtain non-public personal data. Findings are traces of public URLs and public API responses captured at a timestamp.

Subscriptions bill monthly. A 1-day trial requires an account. Cancellation removes premium access immediately and preserves Vault data until the plan retention window elapses.

We may suspend accounts that violate this policy. Finnish/EU users have GDPR rights of access and erasure for data the product has stored.
